The SmallRig Cage for Canon EOS R is a lightweight, form-fitting cage that provides protection and accessory mounts for your camera without stressing its body.

Full-Surround Cage

This single piece, full enclosure cage not only protects your camera but offer access to the camera's controls, ports & buttons. The cage incorporates two locating pins and a rubber pad for a snug fit when your camera is mounted.

Mounting

The cage includes one cold shoe mount, a NATO rail and 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes for mounting accessories. The anti-twist design prevents camera deflection. The cage includes strap holes to add a hand strap or neck strap. It also features a built-in Arca-type Quick release plate on the bottom and a flat magnetic screwdriver for tightening or loosening the camera tie-down screw.
